Terms & Conditions – SMSKey

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all users of SMSKey’s products, services, website, and platforms. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Use of Services

SMSKey offers web development, SEO, bulk SMS, API tools, WhatsApp marketing, and related services. You must use these services lawfully and not violate any regulations or third-party rights.

2. User Account

You must register with accurate information to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username and password.
SMSKey is not responsible for any unauthorized access or data breach caused due to shared, weak, or misused credentials.
You must notify SMSKey immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Credentials Sharing

Sharing of your login credentials, API keys, or access details with any unauthorized party is strictly prohibited.
SMSKey disclaims all liability for loss, damage, or breach resulting from shared or compromised credentials.

4. Pricing & Payments

All services and credits must be paid for in advance.
SMS prices may change depending on operator or DLT policy without prior notice.
Lifetime validity refers to a period of 1 year with annual minimum AMC payment or minimum usage of 80% of subscription.
Unpaid renewals for websites or domains after 15 days may result in automatic termination.

5. SMS & API Usage

You may not use SMSKey for spam, scams, phishing, or any illegal activity.
DLT approvals are handled by TRAI/DLT platform. SMSKey is not responsible for delays or rejections.
SMS delivery is subject to telecom networks and third-party operators. SMSKey does not guarantee 100% delivery.

6. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you send via our platform. SMSKey does not monitor message content unless legally required to do so.
Any abuse, illegal activity, or violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

7. Inactivity & Suspension

SMS credits not used for 90 days may lead to account suspension.
Accounts inactive for 90 days may be terminated.
Suspended or deleted accounts may lose stored messages and credits.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, tools, platforms, and systems developed or offered by SMSKey are the intellectual property of SMSKey. Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or distribute any part without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SMSKey shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, delays, failed deliveries, or service disruptions arising from:

Telecom network issues
User configuration or integration errors
DLT rejections or failures
Credential compromise or password sharing

10. Termination Rights

SMSKey reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

Violates these terms
Is suspected of misuse or fraud
Fails to make timely payments
Remains inactive for a prolonged period

11. Modifications

We may update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
